-- Overall 12+ years of experience in D&A area
-- 4+ years of relevant experience in TPM/Scrum Master
-- Must have played a role of Onsite co-ordinator or delivery anchor
-- Scrum Master or any Agile certification and played similar roles like Scrum Master/Product Owner
-- Client stakeholder management
-- Strong communication and consultation skills
-- Onsite-offshore delivery model understanding
