Job Description:
Required Skills: Epic Bridges, Epic Chronicles and SQL
- Epic Bridges Experience, Preferably EPIC Bridge Certified
- Epic Chronicles Knowledge; should be able to query and do data analysis.
- Epic Payer Platform (EPP) Experience
- Epic Tapestry Knowledge, Preferably Member enrollment and eligibility module.
- SQL skills
- Excellent Communication Skills - working with both business partners and provider community
- Strong Analytical skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provider Implementations
- Analysis for SRE and Implementation team questions
- Test Data Management
- Request test data - refreshes; per feature
- Monitor Provider Testing data
- Provide support testing for Dev teams Code Set Management - data loads into HEPPI
- Historical Loads & Backfills
- OID/TIN crosswalk
- Processing Analysis
- System Monitoring
- Error resolution
- Security - Account creation; AD Groups, etc.
- Data Analytics
- Weekly Membership loads
- Support HEDIS Batch jobs and Chart Chase Requests
- Work with Epic & RS for issues and questions
- Quarterly upgrade coordination
