Job Details

Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: REMOTE

Duration: Long Term Contract

Must-haves:
2 Year/Associates degree (or equivalent work experience)
3- 5 years of experience with ServiceNow administration or IT service management tools.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management).
Familiarity with ServiceNow platform components, including workflows, forms and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, CSS, XML, JSON) and relational databases is a plus.


Nice-to-haves:
4 Year/Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience)
Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) or related domains or ServiceNow modules
ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience thinking outside of the box to provide creative and effective solutions
Proven ability to be adaptable, agile and flexible to provide creative solutions
Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HR Service Delivery.
Exposure to integration tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, JDBC) and ServiceNow APIs.
Understanding of Agile or DevOps methodologies.
