Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC

Overview:

Looking for a hands-on Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Developer to lead the support and enhancement of our enterprise-wide CRM solution for ad sales. You'll be the go-to technical expert on Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform, working closely with the Product team to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing CRM capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform


• Expertise in Dataverse, Power Automate, and model-driven apps


• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines, ALM processes, and CI/CD


• Proven background in designing and configuring security roles and access controls


• Strong documentation, debugging, and problem-solving skills


• Experience supporting, enhancing, and developing enterprise-grade CRM platforms


• Familiarity with Agile/product team environments


• Effective communicator, able to partner with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or MB-210


• Experience with Azure DevOps for pipelines and source control


• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Field Service, or Customer Insights


• Knowledge of integrating external systems via APIs or custom connectors

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, support, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform solutions


• Partner with Product Management to define, prioritize, and implement enhancements


• Build and maintain model-driven apps and Power Automate flows


• Manage ALM with Power Platform Pipelines; contribute to scalable and secure architecture


• Configure user permissions and security roles in compliance with governance standards


• Maintain solution documentation and support materials


• Work collaboratively with Microsoft and Cognizant during system transition
