Job Title: Automation Lead
Location: Miami, FL (5 days onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Lead with strong expertise in Selenium and Playwright, and a solid foundation in Java-based scripting. This role requires hands-on experience in building and maintaining robusttest automation frameworks and executing high-quality API testing for both functional and performance validation. Prior exposure to AI-driven applications is highly desirable.
You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to ensure high standards of software quality and timely releases. Strong analytical thinking, a proactive mindset, and excellent collaboration skills are key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable test automation scripts using Selenium and Playwright.
  • Design robust Java-based automation frameworks.
  • Create, manage, and execute API tests for functional and performance coverage.
  • Work on testing AI-based features, ensuring reliability and edge case validation.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Lead defect triage and analysis with development teams.
  • Ensure documentation, traceability, and best practices in QA processes.
Requirements:
  • Overall 10+ years experience
  • 5+ years of automation experience, with proven use of Selenium and Playwright.
  • Strong command over Java and test automation design principles.
  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD environments (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Prior experience testing AI/ML-based systems is a plus.
