HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Business analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: BTech/BE/MTech/ME (Computer Science, Mechanical, Operations)

2 - 5 years of Support experience in supply chain is a MUST

Familiar with SCM applications (o9)

Certification on Demand Planning, Master Planning, o9 Platform, IBP is a plus

Experience on continuous process improvements and enhancements of SCM applications is a plus

Excellent communication skills

SQL is a MUST whereas exposure to PL/SQL, o9's IBPL, Batch scripting, shell scripting, job scheduler is a plus

Exposure to Heuristic & Linear programming solvers a plus

Minimum Requirements

Understand data model for designing various planning use cases

Ensure smooth operations of various cloud-based supply chain solutions

Timely response and resolution of batch automation disruptions, in order to meet customer SLA's with accurate and on-time results

Support continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes

Collect, monitor and analyze systems performance data for improved performance

Create automated tasks with scripts (bash, PowerShell, python)

Work on bugs/issues and track the progress of resolving issues using various support tools

Work on support in the supply chain applications such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Sales & Operations planning

Articulate clearly the clients' requests and requirements to the team

Work closely with the Techno-Functional Leads and other cross functional teams to ensure timely support and on-time delivery

Create and execute workflows/test-cases and document as Knowledge Base article for future reference

Work closely with Customer Success Team to deliver on time support and to deliver best services

Identify opportunities for improvement in functional and technical processes

Contribute to accelerators & whitepapers
