Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design sessions for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and maintain ServiceNow architecture standards, frameworks, and roadmaps.
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM.
- Lead integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Conduct platform assessments and suggest optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Define governance, security, and data compliance standards for ServiceNow usage.
- Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Expertise in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, and Flow Designer.
- Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP APIs, and data integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or Certified Technical Architect Preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to AI/ML integration with ServiceNow.
- Experience in migrating legacy ITSM platforms to ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in ServiceNow development.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
