Job Title: Senior Remedy Developer
Location: Remote (USA)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Remedy Developer to join our client , supporting their Remedy Helix Migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Helix implementation, integration, and migration, along with solid Linux, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization skills to drive successful delivery in a highly customized environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement features for client Remedy Helix Migration program as outlined in Jira.
Configure and manage Helix on-premises infrastructure, ensuring advanced feature enablement and performance tuning.
Execute integration and migration tasks within the CARS development area, adhering to OSS and Git standards.
Conduct unit testing, QA, and UAT support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Prepare and execute production deployment and release documentation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for system upgrades, issue resolution, and quality assurance.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Proven Remedy Helix experience (Implementation, Integration, Migration version 25.x).
Expertise in Remedy Development within complex and highly customized environments.
Proficiency with Linux systems, including administration and troubleshooting.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL, with experience in performance tuning.
Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWA) and Smart IT development.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience with Charter Communications projects (eligible for rehire preferred).
Hands-on with Jira and Git for source control and ticket tracking.
Experience in large-scale Helix migration or integration programs within enterprise environments.
