Data Center Technician Opportunities

Lead | L4 | L3 Levels Available

Overview:

We're seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale GPU deployments in an enterprise environment. Whether you're a seasoned lead or a skilled technician, this is your chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.

Open Roles:

  • Lead Technician - 5+ years of leadership or management experience in a data center environment
  • L4 Technician - 5+ years of dedicated data center experience
  • L3 Technician - 3+ years of data center experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remove network cables during data center decommissioning
  • Run, label, and stage power and networking cables
  • Perform DBD removal (no scanning required)
  • Follow procedures for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning equipment under the guidance of Data Center Technician Leads
  • Prepare, stage, and perform basic hardware startups and shutdowns using standard documentation and checklists
  • Conduct physical audits of data center assets
  • Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance issues
  • Respond to error messages and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Assist with testing and debugging new programs
  • Operate spreadsheet and data tools to manipulate and report on system data

Qualifications:

Required:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components
  • Familiarity with productivity tools for communication and documentation
  • Willingness to travel to Mt. Pleasant, WI and other locations as needed

Preferred:
  • Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training
  • 3+ years of data center experience (depending on role level)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Onsite in Mt. Pleasant, WI with potential travel to other data center sites.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
