Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Product Officer to lead their shift from a legacy product image to a platform-first go-to-market strategy. This person will own the product vision, market positioning, and roadmap execution-playing a key role in educating customers, evolving internal teams, and driving platform-wide adoption across a global client base. The ideal candidate brings a track record of repositioning SaaS companies, scaling multi-product usage, and leading AI automation initiatives.
Required Skills:
15+ years in product development and product marketing, including 8+ years in product leadership roles
Executive-level experience in a SaaS environment, ideally as CPO or equivalent
Proven success repositioning a product company as a multi-product or platform solution
Experience leading platform adoption efforts across existing enterprise customers
Background in AI/ML product development and automation strategy
Strong understanding of product-led growth, customer expansion, and data-driven decision making
Ability to guide pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy in a way that supports multi-product usage
Excellent communicator with experience aligning stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and engineering
Skilled at building, coaching, and scaling product teams focused on growth and adoption metrics
BonSoft Skills:
Experience driving company-wide transformation around product strategy and perception
Familiarity with B2B automation markets, workflow platforms, or document management tools
Ability to translate complex platform capabilities into simple customer outcomes
Experience partnering with sales leaders to support platform-based selling
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving product-market fit
