Sr Java Solution Architect handson onsite in NC

Experience: 15+ years

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Solution Architect with deep expertise in Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in object-oriented programming, API development, and DevOps methodologies, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications and solutions.

  • Develop high-level product specifications and design documents aligned with business needs.

  • Architect and implement Spring Boot-based microservices with dependency injection, annotations, and asynchronous communication frameworks.

  • Ensure best practices in software engineering, including design patterns and data structures.

  • Oversee the development lifecycle, from implementation to production release.

  • Create and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration across systems.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like SonarQube, linting frameworks, and compliance standards.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring teams and guiding architectural decisions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

  • Ensure error handling, clean code practices, and maintainability across all development efforts.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Java Spring Boot (Hibernate, Spring Cloud, annotations, dependency injection)

  • Object-oriented programming with solid engineering practices

  • Technical problem-solving and debugging expertise

  • RESTful API development and integration

  • DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, SonarQube, agile compliance, release patterns)

  • Strong communication skills, both technical and business-facing
