RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Englewood, CO that is seeking a GenAI Developer to design and implement cutting-edge AI applications using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure OpenAI services. This role involves building agentic workflows, leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP), and creating scalable solutions for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deploy GenAI-powered applications using Python and Azure OpenAI
* Implement agentic architectures for autonomous workflows and decision-making
* Utilize LLMs for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and integration into business processes
* Work with MCP to enable structured AI interactions and context-aware systems
* Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and cloud architects to deliver robust solutions
* Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in AI deployments
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong proficiency in Python
* Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
* Expertise in Azure OpenAI SDKs, APIs, and deployment strategies
* Knowledge of agentic systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
* Familiarity with cloud integration, REST APIs, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with enterprise AI applications and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
* Understanding of vector databases and data pipelines
* Knowledge of security and compliance in AI systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for innovation and continuous learning in AI
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
