Business/Systems Analyst

Position Description: We are looking for a business analyst with at least 3 years of experience developing technical requirements, product development, configuring, testing, and training users on cloud-based RPA/AI implementations in the commercial or government sector. The business analyst will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to AI/RPA developers, cloud architects, and security specialists. The business analyst will primarily be responsible for gathering requirements, creating and managing documentation, and presenting data to the team. The business analyst must work closely with the team to facilitate the execution of cognitive solutions to automate functions that would be deemed repetitive in the federal client s digital system. The business analyst will be instrumental in shaping the program by participating in best practices regarding requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and document management to achieve robotic automation that allows the client to focus on more critical, analytical tasks. This role will support scaling a range of front and back-office activities for varied human-related work including chatbots, optical character recognition, and cognitive computing. This is a hybrid managerial-technical role. There is no sponsorship for this position at this time. If selected, the applicant would be subject to undergo the required Personnel Security Clearance Process before starting responsibilities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and document requirements to build robotics capability for each use case.
- Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of program and projects.
- Curate all documentation related to the managing and releasing approved projects, such as required Enterprise Life Cycle documentation artifacts (e.g. Project Management Plan (PMP), Security Package(s), Configuration Management Plan, Interface Control Documents, and Systems, etc.) as required for integrating new capabilities.
- Produce executive-level presentations/briefings, agendas, meeting minutes.
- Provide monthly agendas.
- Maintain meeting archives.
- Prepare decks and presentations.
Required Skills:
- Business process analysis and reengineering.
- Requirements documentation and user story creation.
- Familiarity with RPA/AI capabilities and limitations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience with tools like Visio, JIRA, and Tableau.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s in Business, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
- 3 years of experience developing technical requirements, product development, configuring, testing, and training users on cloud-based RPA/AI implementations in the commercial or government sector.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (or other lifecycle management methods) is preferred.
- Experience with the following: RPA BOTs, chatbots, optical character recognition (OCR), cognitive computing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, data manipulation, automated responses, implementing workflows, data mining, data analytics, data validation, automated tests.
