Job Details

We are seeking a UI/UX Front-End Human-Centric Designer to craft engaging, intuitive, and accessible digital experiences. The ideal candidate blends creative design thinking with front-end development expertise, ensuring every interaction is meaningful, user-friendly, and aligned with human-centered design principles. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into functional, visually appealing interfaces.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.

  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes that illustrate design concepts clearly.

  • Design responsive and accessible UI layouts aligned with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (WCAG).

  • Translate design mockups into high-quality front-end code using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).

  • Work collaboratively with UX researchers, developers, and product owners to iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics.

  • Implement human-centered design principles to ensure solutions are empathetic, inclusive, and intuitive.

  • Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision for prototyping and design documentation.

  • Maintain a consistent design system and component library for scalable product development.

  • Stay current with emerging design and front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3 8 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.

  • Proven experience in user research, persona creation, and usability testing.

  • Knowledge of design systems, accessibility (A11y), and responsive design principles.

  • Ability to balance aesthetics with usability, delivering experiences that are both beautiful and functional.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and service design.

  • Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (Framer, After Effects).

  • Experience with version control tools (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD collaboration with developers.
