Compensation:
Pay Range:$49.81-$71.16/Hrs
Description:
* Provide comprehensive support to applications utilized by Sales, Trading, and support services in the electronic trading business.
* Ensure a collaborative partnership with Front Office stakeholders.
* Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure, revenue-impacting environment.
* Demonstrate proactive knowledge sharing and cross-training with global team members.
* Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rationalize and prioritize concurrent issues and requests.
* Coordinate restoration efforts for high-impact technology incidents.
* Report and track application defects and enhancement requests accurately.
Qualifications:
* Experience with eTrading support.
* Knowledge in global markets and mainstream products.
* Strong technical knowledge in operating systems, databases, and scripting.
* Experience in monitoring, alerting, and job scheduling systems.
* Understanding of ITIL practices.
