Job Overview:
As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Expert in agile and lean practices and approaches
- Scrum Master and Team Coaching certifications: PSM 2/3, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICE-AC.
- Solid understanding of de-scaling and scaling approaches for agility, such as Team Topologies, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, Scrum at Scale, SAFe.
- Ability to collaborate and influence people at various levels.
- Deep understanding of the core skills of facilitating, coaching, mentoring, training and leading in an agile lean context.
- Several years of software development experience such as leadership, engineering, or testing.
