Role: Healthcare Product Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Definition:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture, refine, and validate product scope (Epics & Features).

Conduct workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews to gather business needs.

Backlog Management:

Partner with Product Owner/BSA to translate Features into detailed User Stories.

Own and prioritize the Feature-level backlog to align with business value.

Execution Oversight:

Drive the execution and delivery of product initiatives with scrum teams.

Lead sprint planning, ensure feature readiness, manage releases, and remove blockers.

Cross-Functional Communication:

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Translate business objectives into actionable technical outcomes.

Provide clear communication with executives, developers, testers, and business analysts.

Healthcare Focus:

Ensure solutions meet healthcare industry standards, compliance, and best practices.

Leverage healthcare domain expertise to proactively address regulatory and domain challenges.

Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Ownership, or similar roles.

Expertise in defining Epics, Features, and collaborating on User Stories with BSAs/POs.

Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile teams (Scrum/SAFe) in delivery-focused environments.

Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Healthcare domain experience is required (payer, provider, or healthcare tech).

Excellent communication skills to interface with both business and technical stakeholders.
