Job Details
This position provides direction and oversight of transformational improvements of the Bank's business plans.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of products or features
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams
- Responsible for defining and tracking against workstream level plan
- Track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure on-time and within-scope delivery of work
- Optimize team velocity, capacity planning, and workflow efficiency
- Resolve blockers and escalate issues as needed
