Job Details
- As the Events and Campaign Marketing Manager, you are responsible for executing the strategy across critical Cloud Learning channels: events including Cloud Learning s presence at Google Cloud Next, social media, communities, and campaigns.
- To be successful, you will work in lockstep cross functionally with Google Cloud Learning counterparts as well as Google Cloud Global Marketing teams, including Corporate Communications, PR, and Regional Cloud Marketing teams to help execute on the events and channels strategy.

- Your ability to navigate across all altitudes helps you bring your team and others together to drive toward a common goal for maximum impact that benefits our business as well as our customers.
Responsibilities
- Land skilling events and channels strategy for an always on presence in market across critical distribution channels, including global events like Next and I/O Connect, social, community and campaigns, for an always on presence ensuring that we are engaging with the right audience, at the right time, with the right content, on the right channels.
- Lead with influence across stakeholder team- including Events, Cloud Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product, Engineering, and Sales to deliver the best in class go-to-market programs to drive our skilling narrative in the market.
- Partner with Internal and External Communication leads to align on overall narrative, messaging, and branding across distribution channels
Minimum Qualifications (MQs)
- 5 years of relevant experience in event and marketing verticals, including collaborating with multiple organizations and internal and external stakeholders.
- 5 years of experience in a relevant role, managing engagements with external partners, customers, vendors, negotiating agreements, scoping requirements, prioritizing requests, and helping to define program strategy.
Preferred Qualifications (PQs)
- Demonstrated thought leadership and relationship building/management with internal and external stakeholders on marketing programs and campaigns.
- Ablility to think big and challenge the status quo, while driving execution.
- Ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence effectively cross functionally in a matrixed organization that is fast-growing, dynamic, and often ambiguous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to analyze data and present insights and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) with an executive presence.
- Familiarity with Cloud marketing trends
- Experience in and passion for the learning and skilling space
