Job Title: SAP Change Management Consultant
Job ID: 7469
Location: Columbia, SC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months
Processes in Scope:
Includes Request for Change (RFC), system upgrades, SAP OSS Note installations, and support pack installations.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP software analysis, design, and development
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SRM, and BW modules
- Strong expertise in SAP upgrades, OSS Note implementation, support pack installation, and issue troubleshooting
- Familiarity with SAP change management tools, including SAP Solution Manager and other industry-standard tools
- Experience in SAP Public Sector environments
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server and SQL databases
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
Key Responsibilities:
- Review current SCEIS change management processes and provide recommendations for improvement or enhancement
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to refine processes in alignment with tools and industry best practices
- Evaluate SAP Solution Manager and other change management tools to identify the most suitable solution(s)
- Configure selected tool(s) to align with defined change management workflows and objectives
- Document both functional and technical aspects of the approved change management processes
- Provide training and guidance to SCEIS teams on the implemented change management procedures
