Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Architect to lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem. This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic foresight, and a passion for driving engineering excellence. The ideal candidate will champion platform integrity by proactively managing technical debt, enforcing security and performance standards, and embedding DevOps and static code analysis into the development lifecycle.
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps.
- Define and enforce security best practices, including data protection, access controls, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Optimize platform performance through scalable design, efficient data modeling, and proactive monitoring.
- Identify and remediate technical debt, ensuring long-term maintainability and architectural integrity.
- Integrate DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance.
- Implement and monitor static code analysis tools (e.g., PMD, SonarQube) to uphold code quality and prevent regressions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Lead technical design reviews, mentor developers, and establish coding standards.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for adoption.
