Technical Skills:

• Certified Scrum Master with Experience in driving project with Client in both Scrum and Kanban
• JIRA
• Confluence
• Technical or hands-on experience working in Java, .Net, SQL Server/Oracle is good to have.
• Must have thorough knowledge and working experience in Capital Markets, Trading and Stock markets, and Wealth
• Thorough understanding on Capital Markets, Wealth management platforms.
• Performing requirement analysis and effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Responsible for creating Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Use Cases Document.
• Coordinate with Applications Development team during Software Development and provide required support/clarification on the requirements.
• Develop overall Impact Analysis of new requirements on the existing functionality.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing to validate business requirements.
• Verifying change requests and defects.
• Capturing system requirements through business meeting with client.
• Delivering and implementing the project as per schedule deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the technical support team and client.
• Coordinate with development team to implement excellent technology solutions to meet business requirements.
• Experience in handling business presentations.
• Review and continuously improve the processes and identify opportunities to bring efficiency to the system by simplifying the existing process, bring automation.
