We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Program Manager with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives within the pharmaceutical domain. This role will be responsible for driving strategic CRM transformations, enhancing field force effectiveness, and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce program management across Sales and Service Clouds, with a focus on sales digitization, field force enablement, and omnichannel service delivery.
Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs teams to develop and execute CRM strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical sector.
Oversee design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce features, including Lead-to-Order, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Lightning Console, Live Agent, and Einstein Analytics.
Ensure data integrity and adherence to regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GxP, and GDPR.
Manage external implementation partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Drive user adoption and continuous improvement through structured training programs, analytics, and best practices.

10+ years of overall program/project leadership experience.
5+ years of direct experience managing Salesforce programs (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud).
Proven track record leading CRM transformation programs in the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy, and regulated environments.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, PMP) are a plus.
