Position: Project Manager
Location: Remote (ideally located in FL)
Long Term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate a drive testing engagement. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end work intake process, tracking milestone progression, and planning the allocation of work across teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in telecom network testing projects, excellent organizational skills, and a strong ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Milestone Tracking & Reporting: Define project milestones and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor progress against key milestones and proactively address risks or delays. Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership and clients. Work Allocation & Planning: Develop and maintain detailed work plans and schedules for drive testing teams. Allocate resources effectively based on project needs, geography, and skill sets. Coordinate with field teams, data analysts, and engineering leads to ensure smooth execution. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate regular meetings with internal teams and external partners. Ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Document decisions, action items, and follow-ups. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Implement best practices in project management and drive testing operations.

- Work Intake Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new work requests related to drive testing.
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests based on scope, urgency, and resource availability.
- Maintain a structured intake pipeline and ensure timely assignment of tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing telecom or network testing projects.
- Strong understanding of drive testing methodologies and tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, or similar).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
