Duties:
What you get to do in this role:
Handle administrative tasks such as schedule appointments, planmeetings, and maintain complex and changing calendars,while working through scheduling roadblocks.
Draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondenceincluding emails, presentations and reports. Review outgoingcorrespondence for accuracy, format consistency, signaturesand conformance with executive procedures.
Assist leadership and organizations by optimizing usage of time.Make decisions regarding short-term priorities and workactivities.
Arrange all travel to ensure consistency within companyprocedures and support organization in obtaining necessarytravel documents including Visa/passport, while maintainingLeadership expenses/credit cardreconciliation.
Identify issues within theorganization and initiate orfacilitate solutions.
Coordinate and manage events, such as team meetings, offsite retreats, and corporate functions.
Skills: To be successful in this role you have:
- 5+ years experiencesupporting VP or SVP+level
- Proactive, one step ahead work ethic, attitude and approach
- Multi-tasking is not an issue for you, your able to juggle multiple calendars, teams and requests. And be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
- Ability to drive schedules and agendas with deeper understanding of context
- Highly organized withexceptionalcommunicationskills andability to manage avariety of high priorityprojectsfrom multiplemanagement andprofessionallevels
- Desire to grow and take on your own projects and work under pressure while consistently meeting deadlines
- Professionaldemeanourand soft-skills
- Proficient in Zoom,MicrosoftOffice suites
- High level of confidentiality, discernment, and judgment (Word,Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook)Concur and Google Docs
