RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager Tech 2 in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
As a Program Manager, you will drive the success of flight programs from initiation through delivery. You'll coordinate cross-functional activities, manage schedules, and ensure timely execution within budget constraints. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage flight programs (pilot/private preview) for cloud solutions
* Interface with clients and stakeholders on technical and project matters
* Develop and maintain program/project schedules, status reports, and dashboards
* Create functional specifications, requirements, and scope documents to guide implementation decisions
* Provide technical and analytical insights to Product Managers and leadership
* Organize and drive cross-group collaboration to meet deadlines and deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience with release management, ADO
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft office suite and teams
* Minimum 3-4 years of reporting: status report, pilot report, data management

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
