We are seeking a seasoned Software Technical Lead to guide our development team through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on to projects involving 3D modeling and Unreal Engine. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and creative problem-solving to deliver high-quality software solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
- Lead code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design sessions.
Team Coaching & Mentorship
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers in their technical growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Provide guidance on career development and skill-building.
3D Modeling & Unreal Engine Development
- Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate 3D assets into Unreal Engine projects.
- Optimize performance and visual fidelity of 3D environments and interactions.
- Develop and maintain gameplay systems, tools, and pipelines using Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++).
Hands-On Development
- Design and implement scalable software solutions.
- Build, maintain, and support application features.
