Job Description

A (Remote)Fleet Data Management Specialist job in West Palm Beach, FL is currently available at Belcan. To be considered for this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Background: Managing fleet data requires the reporting of accurate data between two systems, ALIS and MXI. Discrepancies between the two systems can lead to safety of flight issues, and the two systems need to be 100% accurate with each other. Due to the paths that the data flows, and the different processes each system uses, lifing parameters can become unsynchronized.

Job Duties:
* Process requests for specific fleet data metrics (EOT/TAC)
* Process lifing related MERLINs to closure, as requested from fleet data management.
* Perform Cross Platform Data Reconciliation within ALIS and supporting systems. Deliver Reconciliation reports that compare data in ALIS and MXI, review the results of the comparison, investigate and resolve any lifing, configuration and Production Asset Inspection Requirements (PAIRS) discrepancies.
* Provide TAC and EOT data to Eagle Supply, research and trend root causes, resolve transactional discrepancies by using ALIS support systems including unit provided reports, JILES and JIT queues and exception logs. Deliver reports that provide Total Accumulated Cycles (TAC) and Engine Operation Time (EOT) data from MXI and review and deliver the results to Fleet data management.
* Provide Inventory location of parts and create any inventory that is not in MXI as requested. Deliver reports that review data from MXI and provide location and creation of inventory for parts being delivered to the field.
* Support JILES and JIT failed messages execution, trending, and root cause elimination activities including participation in process improvement events associated with error. Process errors in JILES and complete analysis on errors and provide report and closure of those errors.
* Support the validation and creation of new inventory including loose parts, assemblies, modules and engines.
* During any enterprise software upgrades associated with ALIS supporting systems (Maintenix, JILES, JIT or other F135 Digital Strategy fielding) provide testing and process documentation support.

Required Qualifications:
* Aptitude for computers and advanced software
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Exceptional work ethic; capacity to work well individually and as part of a team
* Motivated to learn and to be productive, and meet customer expectations with excellence
* Due to the nature of our work ship is required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior military service or equivalent civilian aviation/maintenance experience highly valued.
* Bachelor or Certificate in Logistic & Supply Chain, Tech Communication, Info Sys & Data Mgmt, Aviation Maintenance preferred but not required
* Gas turbine engine experience/familiarization in either commercial or military application
* Familiar with maintenance facilities and processes
* Knowledge of basic mechanical skills and tools.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000.
