Job Details

Vega is Hiring! Strong SDET tester with a strong back ground in Service Now and PowerBI. This is a Hybrid position that will require candidates to come onsite in Reston, VA.

Job Responsibility:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, modifying, and executing software test plans, test scenarios, defines and solves for test data needs, automated scripts, and programs for testing in order to ensure the outgoing software and technical products meet and exceed quality standards. Develop and execute software tests to identify software problems and their root causes. Test system modifications to prepare for implementation. Document software and application defects using a bug tracking system and report defects to software engineers and product owners. May participate in the review of software design.

  • Must Have Strong ability to translate business requirements into effective visual dashboard and able to design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports ( Power BI reports)
  • Healthcare experience
  • Hands on Knowledge of ITSM process within ServiceNow and experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems or applications
  • Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)., Proficient
  • Knowledge of software test requirements and protocols., Proficient
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Proficient
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems., Proficient
  • Knowledge of wireless communications and network systems., Proficient
  • Intermediate programming skills on a programming language, Proficient
  • Familiarity with databases, Proficient
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products or equivalent, Proficient
