Job Details

Job Summary:
Lead the design, implementation, and architecture of Workday Financials solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate into scalable designs, guide build/configuration, ensure integrations/security/reporting, and lead teams through full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end Workday Financials solutions, aligning with best practices and business needs.
Lead design workshops, capture requirements, create solution designs.
Configure Workday Financial modules (Contracts-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.).
Design and oversee integrations (EIB, Studio, API, etc.).
Manage security models, data models, business processes, reporting & dashboards.
Ensure compliance, audit controls, data integrity.
Mentor junior consultants, manage cross-functional teams.
Support pre-sales (if needed): proposals, demos, etc.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years in Financial Systems / ERP implementation; at least 5+ years specifically with Workday Financials.
Deep knowledge of finance & accounting processes + best practices.
Strong experience in integration (data flows), security, reporting, business process configuration in Workday.
Experience leading large or complex implementations (global / multi-phase).
Excellent communication skills; able to work with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications:
Must hold Workday Financials certification(s) in one or more core modules.
Preferably additional Workday certifications on Architect
