We are hiring for multiple levels of ServiceNow Consultants, with a strong preference for those excited to grow with a newly built and well-supported practice.
Quick Highlights:
- Experience Range: 3 8 years (various consultant levels)
- Preferred Locations: Chicago, New York, Dallas
- Onsite Expectation: ~2 days/week in-office
- Travel: 10 30% on average (initial engagements may include 1 trip/month)
- Compensation:
- -----Chicago/Dallas: $100,000 $145,000 (based on level/experience) + 7-15% bonus
- -----NYC: $120,000 $162,000 (based on level/experience) + 7-15% bonus
- CSM Experience: Preferred, but not required open to strong consultants with backgrounds in HRSM, ITOM, ITSM, or similar ServiceNow modules
We re seeking a Senior Consultant with a blend of business and technology consulting experience and hands-on expertise in ServiceNow. While Customer Service Management (CSM) experience is a major plus, we welcome candidates with adjacent module experience who are eager to learn and grow in this space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations (configuration, integration, testing)
- Conduct business process reviews and gather user stories and requirements
- Facilitate solution design sessions and tailor ServiceNow to client needs
- Manage unit, system, and end-user testing for high-quality delivery
- Provide training, user guides, and documentation for successful adoption
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and risks across project workstreams
- Stay current on ServiceNow updates and industry trends
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of ServiceNow consulting, including managing multiple workstreams
- Hands-on configuration experience, especially with App Engine
- (Customer Service Management) CSM experience strongly preferred, but open to candidates with exposure in Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- CIS-CSM certification preferred
