Chargebacks & Distributor Operations Analyst (Hybrid - Maplewood, MN)
Employment Type: W2 - Contract (1-year)
Pay Range: $25-$30/hour (depending on experience)

We re seeking a highly skilled Chargebacks & Distributor Operations Analyst to manage distributor relationships and oversee end-to-end processes for point-of-sale (POS) and chargeback accounts. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and collaborate effectively across teams.
This position offers the opportunity to work independently while providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
< data-end="1124" data-start="1093">Key Responsibilities</>

Own and manage operational relationships with assigned distributors to ensure accuracy and timeliness of POS and chargeback processing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies.

Implement solutions to improve data quality and prevent errors in chargeback and pricing workflows.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and efficiency initiatives.

Support quality and compliance teams with data investigations and Salesforce case resolution.

Mentor and provide process guidance to less experienced team members.

Use SAP/Vistex, Power BI, Salesforce, and Microsoft Excel to manage data, reporting, and issue resolution.

Apply Lean methodologies to identify and drive process improvements across chargeback and POS operations.
< data-end="2019" data-start="1994">Qualifications</>
Required:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing key distributor relationships and collaborating cross-functionally.

5+ years of experience working with SAP/Vistex, Power BI, Salesforce cases, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of chargeback claims processing and order management systems.

Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end process improvements within chargeback and POS functions.
Preferred:

Experience applying Lean process improvement methodologies.

Green Belt training or certification.
