Job Details

We are seeking an experienced SAFe Product Owner to support a high-impact digital transformation initiative. This position is part of a cross-functional Agile Release Train focused on enhancing both customer and frontline employee experiences across various digital channels, including in-station and onboard platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Agile background, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a demonstrated ability to deliver user-centered products in fast-paced environments.


Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary voice of the customer, managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives and user needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders across business, design, architecture, and engineering to define the product vision and roadmap.

Convert business goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Work alongside other Product Owners to ensure cohesive feature delivery across touchpoints.

Participate in PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies, ensuring alignment with ART-level objectives.

Use product metrics and user feedback to inform prioritization and foster continuous improvement.

Promote SAFe and Agile best practices throughout the lifecycle.

Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityHealth for managing backlogs and ensuring delivery visibility.


Required Qualifications:

SAFe 6.0 POPM Certification or 3+ years in a SAFe environment

Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner in Agile settings, with experience in customer-facing digital products

Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical abilities

Experience with customer journey mapping, data-driven product decision making, and digital delivery


Tools & Technologies:

Jira, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, AgilityHealth

Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration and Agile metrics
