Candidate Requirements Senior Systems Administrator
Candidates provided must be pre-screened to ensure they fully meet the qualifications and experience level requirements.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator with expertise in both Windows and UNIX technologies, with a willingness to learn and expand their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our Windows and Unix-based systems, ensuring they are secure, stable, and available.
Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Manage Active Directory infrastructure, including group policies, user management, and security.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Continuously monitor and improve system performance, security, and availability.
Maintain system documentation and ensure it is up to date.
Collaborate with other IT teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
Investigate potential non-compliance issues and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Identify gaps in the current compliance procedures and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows systems administration and 1-3 years of experience in UNIX systems administration.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Chef.
Basic understanding of Git and version control concepts such as branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory and associated services.
Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system administration.
Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, vCenter, and HCI solutions is a major plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability and desire to continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Experience working with NERC CIP compliance is a major plus but not required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
