Lead .NET/Angular Application Support Engineer - Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid/Onsite)
Join a high-impact team supporting enterprise web applications. We're seeking a Lead .NET/Angular Application Support Engineer to serve as the primary US-based technical leader, partnering with an offshore Application Support team. This role is focused on maintenance, support, and incremental enhancements-not new development.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Serve as the technical lead and primary point of contact for the US team, developing a deep understanding of the existing application codebase.
  • Guide and mentor offshore Application Support Engineers, ensuring best practices in maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
  • Lead code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the support team.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize and resolve application issues, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Support and implement minor enhancements as needed, with a primary focus on stability and issue resolution.
  • Document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders and global teams.
  • Strong skills in web API development, RESTful services, and cloud technologies (AWS).
  • Contribute to cloud provisioning using AWS and Terraform (basic understanding of Terraform is acceptable).

What You Bring:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding distributed teams.
  • Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, Angular, and TypeScript.
  • Solid experience in application support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Git.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex, existing codebases.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RxJS is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Terraform for cloud provisioning.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Culver City, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
