Pay rate: $80/hr W2 or $85/hr C2C / 1099

Summary of Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team of transformation. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), REST APIs, and JavaScript with more than 10 years of experience, along with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ development. Experience with Salesforce Billing is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom applications.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Oversee integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ (4+ years) and Salesforce Billing (preferred).
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, data modeling, and security architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
