Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure business needs are translated into clear and actionable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause analysis
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and demos with internal and external stakeholders
Support UAT planning and execution
Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance standards
