The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of SharePoint solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal supervision, directly interfacing with customers to create and execute SharePoint strategies from the ground up.

Location and Travel:

This is primarily a remote position, but the ideal candidate should be in the Bethesda, MD area for occasional on-site visits and potential NMCI Asset receipt.

Responsibilities:

- Architect and design SharePoint solutions in Office 365

- Establish SharePoint governance, roles, and responsibilities

- Develop and implement Information Architecture

- Support page owners in setting up privileges, creating structures, and providing training

- Design and configure SharePoint environments, including UI/UX, folder structures, and permissions

- Implement SharePoint administration best practices

- Work directly with clients to understand and meet their SharePoint needs

Qualifications:

Required:

- 3+ years of experience designing and architecting SharePoint solutions in Office 365

- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint standards and best practices

- Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of SharePoint administration, configuration, and design

- Excellent communication skills to interface directly with clients

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Experience in creating and implementing SharePoint governance models

- Proficiency in SharePoint Information Architecture

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for SharePoint

- Active Secret clearance

Desired:

- SharePoint certifications

- Experience with related Microsoft 365 technologies

- An advanced degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

- Background in training and supporting end-users

- Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with Government civilian, Military personnel, and other Contractors at all levels of staff and management to assure customer satisfaction and requirements have been fully met

$74,600-$156,700
