Job Details

As the Director of Asset & Cashflow Data Operations, you will lead a team to scale and optimize asset and cashflow data infrastructure, governance, and operations within the Finance Technology organization. This strategic role ensures the integrity, availability, and usability of critical financial data that underpins reporting, automation, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making across the enterprise. Given the criticality of this team's work, this role will lead partner management with our BU CFOs and Finance Senior Leadership and report directly to the Head of Finance Technology.

Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term data strategy for Assets & Cashflow, including data design and governance structure necessary to enable stakeholder value creation.
  • Partnering closely with enterprise data organizations to execute strategy and sustainably mitigate risk.
  • Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew. Provide guidance and training to develop talent. Set performance standards, review performance, and make informed compensation decisions in alignment with Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices that drive meaningful improvements to the client experience.
  • Provide guidance and coach digital product teams toward best practices and learnings. Oversee team support for messaging, communication, and customer outreach as needed.
  • Facilitate strong business support by working with team members to promote consistent decision-making and client propositions. Drive connections across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Influence and apply a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually enhance the user experience.
  • Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least three years innovation strategy and execution experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects with strategic thinking and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Skilled in using data to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Adept at designing sustainable, high-impact control environments with a strong risk and control focus.
