The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.

We're looking for Communications Technicians at two levels:
- Tech I (Entry-Level) - Some training or experience preferred
- Tech II (Experienced) - Ability to lead small teams and handle advanced tasks
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Flexibility is appreciated as shifts may vary based on project needs.
What You'll Do
- Install and pull 4" microduct and follow labeling standards
- Work in a construction environment
- Perform cable testing and troubleshooting (continuity tests, tone sets, volt-ohmmeter)
- Identify active voice/data circuits
- For Tech II: Lead small crews, train team members, and ensure projects are completed on time
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Follow all safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Tech I: Entry-level candidates with some training or exposure to cabling
- Tech II: At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field, plus leadership ability
- Ability to read blueprints and understand color codes
- Comfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and in confined spaces
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet driving standards
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
- Cable installation (Cat6), terminations, troubleshooting, testing
- Rack and stack, punch-down, structured cabling
Tools will be provided.
