What They're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software engineer
- Deep understanding of TypeScript and modern front-end development with React.js
- Strong backend development skills using Python and/or Node.js
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Nice to have: Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
