RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Functional Analyst in Acton, MA. Come join a growing Commercial IT team as a Salesforce Administrator supporting CRM systems and business processes. This role reports to the Manager of Customer Care Solutions and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Business Analyst position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business processes; Recommend improvements
* Create Salesforce reports and dashboards
* Support users with Salesforce administration and troubleshooting
* Develop training materials and lead user training sessions
* Evaluate AppExchange tools and mobile solutions
* Maintain documentation including use cases and process flows
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of Salesforce Admin experience; Certification preferred
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and reporting
* Experience with CRM, mobile platforms (e.g., SF1 app), and analytics tools
* Background in commercial/sales process improvement, preferably in regulated industries
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Preferred:
* Bachelor's in Computer Science
* Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical devices
* Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
