Job Details
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project (covering modules such as Financials, Procurement, SCM, and/or HCM).
This role will work closely with the Project Manager, Functional and Technical Leads, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities, tracking of deliverables, and effective communication across teams.
You ll play a key role in maintaining project discipline, ensuring governance compliance, and helping deliver the Oracle Cloud solution on schedule and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and executing all phases of the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation.
 - Maintain and update detailed project plans, schedules, and dashboards using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA.
 - Organize project meetings prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to closure.
 - Maintain issue, risk, and change logs; follow up with responsible parties for timely updates.
 - Coordinate across Oracle Cloud functional and technical teams (Finance, Procurement, HCM, SCM, Integration, Data Migration, Testing, etc.).
 - Track Oracle environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD) and schedule refresh or patch activities with the technical team.
 - Support SIT and UAT phases by tracking test cases, defects, and resolutions.
 - Manage project documentation ensure deliverables, signoffs, and communications are properly stored and version controlled.
 - Assist in preparing client status reports, steering committee presentations, and project metrics.
 - Work with Oracle Support to log and monitor SRs (Service Requests) until resolution.
 - Ensure project governance processes and PMO standards are followed.
 
Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
 - 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst, preferably in ERP or cloud-based projects.
 - Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (Financials, Procurement, HCM, SCM, or others) basic understanding of implementation lifecycle.
 - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
 - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project (or equivalent tools like Smartsheet, JIRA).
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills ability to interface with technical and business stakeholders.
 - Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud or other ERP implementation projects (Oracle EBS, SAP, Workday, etc.).
 - Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
 - Certification in PMP, CAPM, or Oracle Cloud Foundations (optional but desirable).
 
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience, in Computer Science / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
