Title: IT F&A Project Manager Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Finance and Accounting systems to lead technology initiatives involving NetSuite ERP. This role will oversee end-to-end project delivery from requirements through deployment ensuring alignment between business objectives, financial processes, and system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects focused on financial systems and ERP implementations (primarily NetSuite).
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across internal and external teams.
- Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and process automation related to financial workflows (GL, AP/AR, FP&A, Procurement).
- Establish governance and change management practices to ensure solution adoption.
- Develop project documentation charters, risk registers, status reports, and communication plans.
- Coordinate with vendors, third-party consultants, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Support testing, training, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 3 years in Finance or ERP-related projects.
- Proven experience managing NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or integrations.
- Strong understanding of core accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, FP&A, reporting).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior work with system integration partners or SaaS financial tools (e.g., Coupa, Workday Financials, Adaptive Insights).
- Experience coordinating with Accounting/Finance leadership during ERP optimization or migration projects.
