Job Title: ServiceNow Security & Compliance Solution Architect
Location: Dallas, TX Hybrid
Domain: Telecom background is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of ServiceNow for both Security Operations (SecOps) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Ensure that compliance workflows align with FedRAMP requirements.
Required Skillset:
- Expertise in ServiceNow SecOps modules, including:
- IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
- VR (Vendor Risk)
- Security Incident Response
- Proficiency in integrating network and security tools with ServiceNow for automated compliance tracking.
- Strong understanding of catalog-driven fulfillment processes for infrastructure and security components.
