Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal Location: Denver, CO Work Mode: Hybrid (Onsite 2 3 days/Week)

Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
Review leases and provide lease interpretations.
Communicate and interact with other legal and operations teammates, accounts receivable and external parties relating to the projects handled by the Real Estate Team.
Draft and prepare letters to landlords regarding lease obligations, reimbursements, and landlord performance; monitor completion of these projects and provide assistance throughout various points of the project.
Maintain poise and stability regarding time limits and ongoing deadlines.
Resolves landlord/tenant disputes.
Active participation in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures
Interact with a broad range of internal and external professionals to accomplish tasks and goals and meet deadlines.
Work with inside and outside attorneys in various supporting functions.
Ability to multi-task and assist in the development and implementation of best practices and procedures.
Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training as needed or required.
Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures.
Consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled is an essential responsibility for this position.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to prepare and present clear and concise letters.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate or Bachelor s degree and related work experience. Candidates who are currently pursuing a Paralegal certificate, Associates degree or Bachelor s degree should also apply.
4 years minimum experience preferably in an organization with a large, multi-jurisdictional real estate portfolio or, alternatively, a strong property administration background. Experience may include real estate litigation support and dispute support for a large real estate company.
Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all interactions in person and by telephone.
Demonstrate time management skills and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities with shifting time frames, and meet tight deadlines; willing to learn with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through.
