Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Network Engineer with expertise in private cellular (CBRS, LTE, 5G), 60 GHz Terragraph, and Ethernet LAN networking to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and operating highly complex, customer-facing network solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of our networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Engineering & Deployment Support

  • Design implementable private cellular (LTE/5G), 60 GHz Terragraph, and Ethernet network solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Lead the deployment of designed CBRS/Private LTE/5G solutions, corresponding Ethernet LAN infrastructures, 60 GHz Terragraph networks, and associated network components.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of private wireless solutions, including LTE/5G networks, edge computing, and security components.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison during the implementation phase, project managing between engineering teams, vendors, and customer IT staff.
  • Conduct on-site and remote validation testing, troubleshooting network performance and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
  • Take initiative to refine deployment and operational processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Customer Engagement & Technical Support
  • Provide post-deployment technical training and documentation to customers to ensure they can effectively manage their network.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, offering guidance on expansion, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage post-installation issue resolution, coordinating with engineering and vendor teams to resolve any performance or integration concerns. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Conduct network health assessments and continuous monitoring to proactively identify and address issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with sales engineers to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales design to post-sales deployment.
  • Partner with project managers to track progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion of customer projects.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide field feedback and drive product enhancements based on real-world deployments.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including deployment records, configuration details, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and operating private cellular (CBRS, LTE, 5G), 60 GHz Terragraph, and/or large-scale Ethernet networks.
  • Experience with Private Cellular solutions such as Celona, MOCN, Google SAS & Cambium radios
  • Hands-on experience and expertise in L1-L4 IP networking (CCNA, CCIE, Network+, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of RF principles, spectrum management, 60 GHz Terragraph technology, and cellular core networks (EPC, 5GC).
  • Expertise in networking, firewalls, and cloud-based management platforms.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.
  • Ability to work in large, customer-facing environments, handling complex networking challenges.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership, improve processes, operate successfully in an entrepreneurial environment, and drive results.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a lean and hands-on team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CWNP, CPI, Network+, CBRS CPI, or equivalent.
  • Experience with RF design tools like iBwave, Eino, Ekahau, etc.
  • Familiarity with IoT, edge computing, and enterprise security frameworks.
  • PMI certifications such as CAPM, PfMP, PMI-ACP, or PMI-PBA.
