Job Details
This Business Analyst (BA) role is highly technical and hands-on, requiring comfort with industrial equipment and active involvement in testing and development. The BA will work closely with the Digital Product Manager to lead IIoT and industrial control projects, focusing on embedded Linux applications and complex workflow logic. This individual will translate business needs into technical requirements, manage delivery, and drive customer value through secure, scalable software solutions, taking deep ownership of product details alongside the development team.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software environments, particularly with industrial hardware/equipment and IoT solutions.
- Proven ability to actively test and directly contribute to the development process, extending beyond just requirement writing or documentation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, enabling the candidate to challenge assumptions and champion reliable, long-term technical solution
