Experience integrating TRIRIGA with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRMS) using APIs or middleware for seamless data exchange

• Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and motivated TRIRIGA Corporate Applications Analyst to support and enhance our enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) using IBM TRIRIGA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing TRIRIGA modules to support corporate real estate, facilities, space planning, and asset management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support IBM TRIRIGA applications across corporate functions including space management, lease administration, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into TRIRIGA configurations or enhancements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards within TRIRIGA.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with IBM support or internal technical teams for resolution.
• Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular audits and monitoring.
• Provide end-user training and documentation to support adoption and effective use of TRIRIGA.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support integration of TRIRIGA with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, Finance, ERP).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with IBM TRIRIGA in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of IWMS concepts and TRIRIGA modules (e.g., Real Estate, Facilities, Operations).
• Experience with TRIRIGA application configuration, workflows, and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• IBM TRIRIGA certification or formal training.
• Experience with TRIRIGA integrations using APIs or middleware.
• Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or BIRT reporting.
• Experience in industries such as real estate, healthcare, higher education, or manufacturing.
