Summary
This position is a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a strong probability of full-time conversion. Strong communication abilities, professionalism, and interpersonal skills are essential for success on this collaborative team.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define business goals, prioritize enhancements, and create detailed product and project roadmaps.
Assess value, build business cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align delivery with product strategy.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
Lead requirements gathering and planning activities for CRM systems.
Manage product backlogs, iteration planning, and user story elaboration.
Maintain a steady pipeline of well-prepared tasks for development teams.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure effective collaboration and outcome-driven performance.
Identify process improvement opportunities with team members and stakeholders.
Manage multiple concurrent projects successfully.
Partner with Project Managers to conduct fit-gap analysis, develop user stories, perform end-to-end testing, and support successful project delivery.
Domestic and international travel may be required depending on project needs.
Education & Experience Qualifications
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, or Field Service processes.
Experience with CPQ platforms (OCPQ, PROS preferred).
Experience integrating CRM with ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle ERP Cloud, or Dynamics 365 F&O preferred).
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI or Snowflake is an asset.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Prior Oil & Gas industry experience is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
